Can you be a cannibal and werewolf in skyrim

I'd assume you'd only be a cannibal if you eat another werewolf while both of you were in the same form. If you just ate humans then no, you aren't exactly human anymore.

Cannibals eat specifically humans, not only that but they cook human parts except when you have a snack on the field but that's another story. Werewolf don't exactly "eat" since they can feed on any type of creature. As for the technical part, I'd say being a cannibal AND a werewolf is possible since werewolves are hybrids.

No guilt here. I get slightly weirded out now and then by it, but I get over it quickly enough.
